In this position, you’ll manage Amplify's public art partnership projects from start to finish. Day-to-day, you’ll draft proposals, manage timelines and budgets, and be the point person to oversee all phases of production. You’ll also serve as the primary liaison between partners, artists, and internal teams and work to make sure that complex, large-scale projects that change the way our city looks and feels move forward with clarity and intentionality.

What You’ll Do:
Meet with a potential partner to discussion a new public art project.
Draft a public art proposal that includes detailed timelines and budgets.
Organize the review and selection processes for a new public art project.
Coordinate studio visits and check-in meetings with artists, designers, and building partners.
Work with fabricators and structural engineers to troubleshoot complicated installations.
Track production timelines and expenses to make sure a project is set to be completed on time and within budget.
Communicate with clarity and intentionality.

Comfort with self-direction and proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

What Amplify Offers:
The salary for this position is $72,100. Amplify Arts has adopted wage equity, meaning all staff are paid at the same level. The usual work week period is 32 hours. Amplify Arts trusts that employees are capable of managing their own schedule.
Since Amplify Arts practices person-centered PTO, employees are encouraged to take time to celebrate holidays in a way that honors them. Staff will collectively determine separate, reasonable ‘office closed’ dates as necessary throughout the year, including 13 identified holidays.
Additionally, Amplify Arts offers the following benefits and supports to staff:
403b: contribution match up to 3%.
80% health insurance reimbursement.
Personal time off (PTO eligibility begins immediately upon hire).
