Library of Congress Innovator in Residence Program

The Innovator in Residence program is part of the Library’s multifaceted effort to harness emerging technology and transformational experimentation to further its mission. In support of this effort, the Library of Congress has issued a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) to fund individuals to do research with Library of Congress collections, produce a creative and transformative digital work for the American people, and serve as an ambassador for the Library.
