Help us shape a vision for public art along the North Omaha Trail that reflects the creativity, history, and future of North Omaha.

Amplify is teaming up with Spark and One Omaha to host two listening sessions that will help shape an upcoming call for public art along the North Omaha Trail.

As the trail grows into a key corridor connecting neighborhoods, histories, and public spaces, it offers a powerful opportunity to reflect the voices and stories of North Omaha. Public art will play an important role in creating a welcoming, vibrant environment that celebrates the neighborhood and fosters a sense of belonging.

These listening sessions, led by Kimara Snipes, Executive Director at One Omaha,  are designed to gather community feedback about the type of artwork that neighborhood residents, community members, and trail users would like to see along the trail. Your input will directly inform the artist selection process, guiding the themes, materials, and interactions expressed in the trail’s public artworks.

Whether you're a neighbor, trail user, artist, or advocate for public space, we’d love to hear from you! Seating is limited. Please RSVP to let us know you’re coming! Light refreshments will be served.
